Pros

Innovative and cool products, very competent co-workers, rare increasing source of revenue in the music industry. The quality of the product is such that you want to stand behind it and be loyal to it.

Cons

Because the company is relatively small for its size of operations, "lower" level employees are functionally very important but often under-appreciated. In some departments the level of dedication required from them is completely disproportionate to their compensation, and hard work often goes unrecognized. Meanwhile, upper management turnover is very high, compounding their laughable inefficiency in some departments. Unless you are earning a six-figure salary, morale is quite low and there is no general effort to improve it.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

In order to look forward, you must also maintain and support your current operations, or your house of cards will collapse.

    I have been working at TouchTunes full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    Great senior management. Best products in class. Constantly innovating.

    Cons

    Most positions require seven days a week and a very strong work ethic. This is due more to the passion and dedication of the employees though since senior management does truly care about work life balance. It's your choice and dependent on your position and ambition.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Don't forget that our number one competitive advantage is what built this company. It's not our technology but the relationships built over the course of 15 years. Industry outsiders bring fresh ideas but they need to be reminded of what made us #1 and never lose sight of the customers that got us there.
