“Relatively good company in a really tough business”
I worked at Tower Group (New York)
Pros – Great people and decent pay. More innovative company than many other players in the industry.
Cons – Secretive senior management does not believe in praising or recognizing top performers.
Advice to Senior Management – Kicking everyone's ass every day of the week won't yield the results you want.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
