“salary is so so for many of current employees”
Current Employee – been working at Towers Watson full-time for more than a year
Pros – Good work environment is start new career
Cons – salary sux; same level of job you got huge range of salary different, and most of them are unfair
Advice to Senior Management – pleaes be fair to every hard working employees...
