I have been working at Towers Watson full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

There's Lots of learning. You get to work on very interesting projects
They hire a certain type - 'friendly and easy to get along' and this makes the work environment extremely friendly

Cons

There's only learning - you pay for learning with the rest of your life
Management lives in a world of its own and cares only about billable hours and consultant utilization. There's nothing in it for junior employee (besides learning). consultants can do with training.

Bridge the gap between Towers Perrin and Watson Wyatt associates. Recent initiatives are a good start and seems like progress is being made.
