ConsMarketing and sales are not aligned and seem to be very far removed let alone in touch with one another.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe current marketing structure is based around PR and event management / logistics. Marketing needs to be tied to sales and those that are in the true sales or business development functions need a resource to work with.
