TSI used to be a good company but is now all about the cuts.

Free Health Club Use
Most staff work there because they are dedicated to the members.

Little communication between upper management and employees
Lack of respect towards employees
Poor Leadership
Upper Management does not have a good grasp of the product they are selling.

Advice to Senior ManagementThere should be advancement opportunities in all departments. Stop trying to eliminate employees that have have been dedicated to the company for more than ten years to save a buck. Charging customers more while taking services away will ultimately lead to membership cancellations. Upper management needs to lead better overall.
