Pros

You get to work with many different kinds of people, and as a skating coach I have been humbled by the progress of my students and my role in helping them achieve their skating goals.

Cons

My job requires being up rather early in the morning, and getting to the facility where I teach is not the most convenient at times.

    Pros

Access to all of the gym locations and that is pretty much it.

    Cons

    - Base pay is under minimum wage - Unrealistic quotas - Lot's of pointless prospecting - A lot of downtown and slow months - People think you are annoying for calling all of the time. People want to join the gym when they want to and do not want someone harrassing them to make a sale.

    Advice to Management

Daily meetings are pointless when you do the same thing everyday and it shows to be ineffective

    Pros

You get a gym membership free with your employment (although it is "OFF PEAK")

    Cons

Poor Morale No value placed on employees as assets Employees get zero compensation regardless of glowing reviews BELOW POOR Benefits - especially 401K Match - 25% up to $500 MAX Extended hours - expected extra effort without any compensation Regularly (8:30-5:30 work)

    Advice to Management

Stop treating employees poorly, especially long-term employees. Do not shaft your employees with zero raises for 5 years while you claim millions in revenue. Treat your employees as assets and they will fly to the moon with you.
