quick to fire, slow to hire
poor pay & benefits for management positions

Employee performance and morale are decreasing fast....something needs to change and micomanaging is not the answer.

    when you walk around your place of work with an attitude, you send the message to everyone around you that you hate your job. when you complain about work in front of your employees, they lack respect for you.
