    Pros

    ability to climb the corporate latter and develop a career is clearly recognized and encouraged

    Cons

    the uniforms at the hotel sites are awful, pay system is messed up entirely too much. Employees are put on prepaid card programs when they sign up for direct deposit. Tax forms are also entered wrong.

    I worked at Towne Park full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Flexible hours, quick cash, good for students who need part time work. Good work/life balance. You won't have to 'Take your work home'.

    Cons

    Generally incompetent, moronic management. Very poor hourly pay

    Advice to Management

    Give the account managers an IQ test and tell them they are parking cars backwards, not saving the world. Pay more so you can actually retain competent employees. Get rid of the stupid acronyms and taglines.
