I worked at Towne Park full-time for less than a year

Pros

No experience needed. If you really want to put in crazy hours and drink some of their koolaid, then there is room for advancement within.

Cons

Long hours, demanding managers, no job security

Compensate your best employees to prevent them from leaving.

    Pros

    You make decent money in tips if you are at the right hotel. It's very helpful.

    Cons

    You never get a raise and the management is awful.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Listen to your workers. You can't make rules from the top when they don't make sense to the workers on the bottom, or if it hinders the workers from doing the job you've hired them to do.

    I have been working at Towne Park part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Works with your schedule, and good work environment. Helps you gain experience in working with different types of people.

    Cons

    Pay isn't the best. Deal with many restrictions from the hotels. Highly focused on customer service to the point that it almost becomes impersonal.

    Increase the base pay. $4.50 isn't enough
