I worked at Towne Park full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Tips were acceptable, good group of guys working together, some accountability (no slackers), and meaningful customer interaction. You always get your lunch break, able to move around schedule if known ahead of time.

Cons

Manager was young with an ego, eventually was fired. Our garage wasn't terrible, but depending where you work, the condition of the valet garage can be pretty bad. Of course, Towne Park does not have control over this. Only given a single shirt to wear 5 days a week.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have more transparency with the manager. Possibly periodic one on one reviews with employees.

    Pros

    Learn good customer service , learn about cars, learn about hotel industry, possibility of advancement

    Cons

    Low base salary, arbitrary rules and inspections, inconsistent schedules and hours,, managers are over extended, lack of communication between management and hourly workers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You need to wake up and listen to your GSA and GSCs!!! Your focus days, arbitrary expectations and rules changes are ridiculous, Pay your good loyal hourly employees a decent wage, add some PTO time based on time worked, and get the message that most sites AREN'T tipping like you think they are . You are expecting your hourly employees to make you money, it's all about the money.... But we aren't seeing any of it!!! Bonuses and incentives would HELP.
