I worked at Townsquare Media full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Ability to think beyond the current opportunities in media, Willingness to invest in new technology when it is needed.

    Cons

Does not invest in the local level employee, Raises do not happen regardless of efforts expended or success that takes place, work level is often overwhelming with little praise from higher up when something does go well.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do not forget the rank and file employee when initiating new efforts. Oftentimes, they are already overworked and have no room to include new work without sacrificing personal time to do it.
