    Pros

Career opportunities, work-life balance, atmospheren in te company.

    Cons

It is still too much Japanese for an international company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Decrease the amount of Japanese expats abroad, or the company will not survive abroad/not be able to work with other OEM's than Toyota. Or increase english language skill and management skill of your members abroad. Stop discriminatory treatments: Japanese members are treated better than non-Japanese members.
