Pros: Not much. I really cannot even think of anything to… Cons: Dysfunctional, Broken Promises, Unorganized, No Collaboration, Hidden Agendas. They do not invest in the employees, i.e. training, IT, etc.… Advice to Senior Management: Quit, and get real leaders in place. No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More

Pros: Stable employment for cruisers. Benefits are OK. Used to be… Cons: Lack of meritocracy, longetivity pays, performance does not. You definitely… Advice to Senior Management: Invest on hiring good talent and provide them with latitude… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
