ProsMany learning opportunity, well structured system that is useful anywhere you go.

Consstructured too much that employees don't have much input. They say everyone has power to change, but it hardly happens. If it looks like doesn't have benefit to the company (money wise), they shut down the idea. Even the most simple idea has to be filled out in a proper form/format, which is tedious and takes long time.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe opened to ideas.
