Pros

Nobody works that hard, hours are 9-5, and you get every other Friday off. The pay is reasonable for how little effort people there put into their work.

Cons

Change/Progress moves very slowly, Japanese/Toyota Way often used as an excuse for accomplishing nothing and taking forever to make a change. Can be frustrating if you like to, you know, make a difference or accomplish anything.

Advice to Senior Management

You're going to be the next GM. Its not surprising at all that Toyota is faltering so badly. You got too comfortable and stopped "constantly improving." Now Honda is pulling away and Hyundai is soon to pass you.
