- good working environment - fair hourly wage ($10 per hour when minimum was $8) - provides good training by working employees

Cons

- work environment gets busy at certain points in time, then dies down and becomes unproductive

    Fast paced, interesting. Lots of responsibilities and ability to drive change. Great benefits and co-workers. Best product in the world.

    Cons

    Long hours, non-competitive pay. Upward advancement dependent on relocation around the country. Some employees slack off leaving others to carry them.

    Promotion based on politics more than performance, divisions work in silo, limited appetite for planning, slow decision making, not innovative

    Focus on developing, promoting and retaining employees, be innovative, embrace planning, breakdown silos, senior management need to make difficult decisions faster and more transparent
