Advice to Senior Management

Re learn the efficiencies in the concept of team and teamwork. Re learn the efficiencies of loyalty and commitment not only to workers, but to communities and countries in which Toyota operates. Learn that select prudent metrics can improve efficiencies, but obsession with metrics leaves managers and workers sifting metrics instead of doing their true jobs.

Don't become the next GM which likely didn't see itself losing its values either.
