Meeting quotas and no one will help you or try to support you. You are alone in this industry and no one will give you advice on how to sell cars better. You only learn through experience and patience.
Advice to Senior Management
Spend more quality time training the employees and treat them better. They demoralize their employees and they need to give them more respect. That's the reason why the turn over rate is so high.
