Former Employee – worked at Toyota

Pros – Their pay is pretty reasonable, thats the only reason I worked for couple years. If you want to work there, be prepared with the cultural shock.

Cons – Management style suck, they do not care or respect staff. Senior manager were promoted too fast just because the turnover rate was high, yet they lack of management skill.

Advice to Senior Management – Provide training for mangers on leadership skill, Japanese do not respect the local employees. Staff is always the most valuable resource of the company.
