Pros

Great product with plenty of room for growth in the future.

Cons

The hours can be long and many.

Advice to Senior Management

Being a manager is more than just telling people what to do. Getting people to willingly follow your commands or orders with a passion and loyalty that is shown in the attitudes or your employees and subordinates shows true leadership.
