Very varied work, never the same thing two days running. Multi cultural with colleagues from all over the world. The job content can be exciting with many chances to drive and test new cars.

Cons

Too many things to try to keep running at once - no time to think. Open plan offices are a culture, but it is very difficult to concentrate with so many people around.

Advice to Senior Management

Give some real responsability to the local teams to let them show their potential. Give them time to think about the right solution.
