Pros – income was great for those skilled enough to sale
high sales volume in carison to other deals in the area
nice employees
Cons – long hours for the pay generated
not respected by management who think they are gods
mistreatment by management
unhealthy work enviroment
Advice to Senior Management – they would never listen to anything coming from a common person, remember they think they are gods and know everything
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
