Former Employee – worked at Toys ''R'' Us full-time for less than a year

Pros – Large organization, people are OK

Cons – Lack of direction from management, minimal systems training, work enviornment can be depressing at times. Many employees do not seem happy.

Advice to Senior Management – Focus more on filling positions with employees that have the right cultural fit for your organizaiton.
