“Toys r us”
I have been working at Toys ''R'' Us full-time for more than a year
Pros – Descent company employees are great
Cons – Didn't like the micro-mangement structure of the manager and the systems are out dated. Training could definitly be better.
Advice to Senior Management – Get more in touch with the employees, lead and develop employees,
