I have been working at Toys ''R'' Us full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Worked at the Babies R Us store for a few years and that was excellent. The customers were terrific and the management was well trained.

    Cons

Toys R Us store is a complete 180 from the Babies R Us. Training stinks. There is no time for anything. There are 2 employees and one manager for the most part of the day. No hours are given unless you are a supervisor. If you are a supervisor you MUST have completely open availability which means, they can schedule you til 4am during season and then come back in at 8am the next day.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Allow your employees to be able to balance home life as well as work. Perhaps allow your supervisors to pick one day a week where they have off or even one day a week where they know their hours!!! You make it IMPOSSIBLE for a single parent of 2 to have a career with your company.
