    Great First Start for retail work

    Long hours sometime required in retail stores. More diversity needed in management. Re evaluate profit margins.

    Continue to focus on developing your people and brand. Show your expertise in the toy field.

    No bonuses, no incentives, high stress environment.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If you want us to push BPPs and credit cards, you need to give us more of an incentive than 'We won't terminate you'.
