    Pros

None this company talks about work hard have fun make money. I think they forgot the fun part. It's more like work hard get made promises that upper management doesn't keep.

    Cons

    Unkept promises
Hr that is always looking for a way to fire you
    Unrealistic time lines
    Understaffed and underpaid
    Thank less job
Just move on this company will suck the life out of you stress you out. Tell you that all your hard work will pay off with a promotion to store manager then back door you and promote someone else after you put in 70 hours a week to keep a store open.

    Advice to Management

Why don't you guys worry more about getting you store personal trained then opening up more stores. Cool it down on dropping 30 new planograms in one day.

    Pros

Flexable work hours, fair benefits, nice customer base, close knit employee base.

    Cons

Full time is considered 30 hours and up, so don't expect to see many 40 hours checks unless you are one of the few. Management is expected to fill in when hours are cut and staff is short. Makes for low manangement pay. Work load requires triple of the people working. Value and mission statements are one of the biggest jokes among employees. Managers have been poorly prepared for what they will actually face once in the store. All team members are considered to be theives. Discriminates against the older worker. Overstocked on useless product, understocked on product that will actually sell. So understaffed no time for training even if corporate demands it.

    Advice to Management

Need to value the employees who are working for you. After all they are the ones who keep you sales going.
