Current Employee – been working at Trader Joe's part-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Good pay and benefits. Easy going coworkers. If there is ever a mate or merchant you don't get along with, be patient, they''ll be transferred soon enough

Cons – Lack of a set schedule and inconsistent scheduled hours.

Advice to Senior Management – Cut the required management hours down to forty. It is impossible for a working mom to go full time. We do not have one at our store. It is a shame that only 20 something men
get promoted. It feel very discriminatory.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
