Current Employee – been working at Trader Joe's

Pros – Money is good, if you work hard. Great insurance, discount. It really is a fun place to work.In a whole pretty much everyone gets alone well.

Cons – If management was on the same page all the time! When you have 8 to 10 managers in 1 store I think it's too hard for them to keep up with each other and what is going on in their store.

Advice to Senior Management – Keep a daliy log, all of you write in it and read it so you know what is going on with the employees, displays, order's, ect. It would be nice to see ALL our managers knowing the same thing.
