Working for a trade specific temp. to hire service

Combionation Welder (Former Employee)
Dallas, TX

Prosthey will find a trade specific job for you, and the pay is just short if not equal to your trades or area of expertise pay scale, also after a time period of employment they have a benefit package which is rare from a temp to hire service

Consdepending on your trade some of the work is few and far between assignments and travel distance can be a issue

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    You constantly get lied to

I have been working at Tradesmen International

Pros: When you make the money you are supposed make it… Cons: You have no support from management. Your just a body that they are filling a position with. You hardly ever make your agreed upon salary.… Advice to Senior Management: Something needs to be done with this Ft. Wayne office or soon you will have no employees. Honesty… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend More
