I worked at Tradesmen International full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

putting people to work, fun environment, meeting new people, not stressful,

Cons

low salary pay according to market, very poor vehicle allowance, mileage reports is a waste of time, computer system is very slow, field reps are required in office to much.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

raise salaries another 10k, give back 5% commissions taken away from us 2 years ago, raise car allowances to 500.00 plus .20cents per mile to cover gas and oil changes. we are left with vehicles that are worn out with no compensation. the current 400.00 does not even come close to what the cost is, Upgrade the computer system for faster more electronic friendly for work orders and such. field reps left in field for full days. with maybe one or two days a week be in office for an hour or so for sales meetings. when a rep is building territories don't divide and separate. not fair to rep or customers . pay commissions in full once customer pays. try doing these and your turn over with reps would be a lot less and the company sales would improve dramatically.
