I have been working at Traditions Spirits full-time (more than an year)

Pros

This company strives to be the best in it's class and, in my opinion, they are! Everyone is equally important and they are shown appriciation on a daily basis. I finally found my career!

Cons

I really haven't found a bad thing about working for Traditions. They have Employee Recognition Programs that acknowledge hard work and dedication so if you work, you won't see a downside to this company.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

The only advise I have is to make sure you are showing everyone that they are valuable to you. It seems that "employee recognition" isn't implimented at all levels.

    I have been working at Traditions Spirits part-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    As a Bar Supervisor:
    - Anniversary, Birthday, Christmas & Performance Bonuses
    (Coming from Large Hotels, none of this was offered)
    - Growing Company with a lot of Upward Opportunities in Management
    - Company tries to promote positive work moral with contests and parties for employees
    - Promotes Growth and Learning within the business
    - Company Benefits are starting to improve with the company growing

    Cons

    As a Bar Supervisor:
    - Feeling like you are being Micro Managed at times
    - Some Standard Operating Procedures tend to change a lot since the company is still fairly new!
    - Human Resources has a very distant relationship with the property
    - Seems to be a disconnect between properties as some feel others get preferential treatment

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    As a Bar Supervisor:
    - Needs to be able to differentiate between the properties and needs to realize that not all the same things work across the board at all of their properties. Different properties cater to clientele and employees.
    - Be a Positive Presence when on property

    Pros

    This company not only has a huge potential for growth, they go above and beyond for ALL of their employees! I love the fact that they offer benefits to employees, and they are huge on promoting within the company. This alone makes Traditions Spirits stand out! I love coming to work and being a part of a team and family!

    Cons

    I had ZERO cons about Traditions Spirits! I absolutely LOVE my career!!!!
