Pros – It's a small, privately held company so you get noticed more and you really have a good chance to make an impact on the company's day to day strategy and operations whether you are in management, tech support, or operations.

Cons – Not enough revenue to significantly compete with larger, publicly held competitors.

Right now, the company is not doing too well and have had a series of lay-offs. It is rumored that it may not last that long considering its main competitor and former partner, Nautilus Hyosung, is slowly dominating the industry. It's going to be quite difficult for Tranax to compete with this publicly held, multi-national, multi-million dollar company who's vowed to drive them out of the industry.

Advice to Senior Management – Do not underestimate your competitors and employees
