Still some great people in the company, but they are extremely frustrated and won't be there much longer.
Cons
Terrible communication and approval process, lack of decisiveness. Don't know the implications of IR ownership. All of the corporate changes are a distraction.
Advice to Senior Management
Use your people for feedback. Don't just talk strategy, implement something proactive, less reactive.

Nearly three years later and notable worse than January 2009. Even if the economy was good, Trane is is not positioned to win. Poor quality and poor products.

IR doesn't know what to do with the redundancies of Trane residential and commercial. Should be one Trane only. ( Get rid of the American Standard name.)
