Trane Employee Review
Trane – “It's hard to work for Trane.”
1 of 2 people found this helpfulPros
The Name Trane. The pay is okay, but the money that you make is put right back into paying for your families medical benifits. Every year the cost of healthcare almost doubled.
Cons
Management is incompetent, terrible benefits, there is no room for advancement. When you start working you are promised vacation days and sick days and then they took it away. People that had been there long enough to receive 3 weeks vacation did not receive it. Management changed the policy and no one was grandfathered in. Customers always complain about the quality of the equipment that they paid a lot of money for.
Advice to Senior Management
All management needs to resign and let someone who knows what they are doing take over.

You shoud pray that someone doesn't figure out who you are, because you will be unemployed quickly.
I wonder if you have taken the time to make a contribution to the process?
"All management needs to resign and....", I think if that happened you would be "topgraded" because of your bad attitude. Having said that, there is a real value in keeping in touch with your team and communication. I wish you luck, and don't forget.........you can always find a new employer who appreciates your refreshing approach to communication.
