Pros

Good salary and above average benefits, especially company contributions to the 401k plan. It is a solid company, leading an always expanding market. High quality product at reasonable prices.

Cons

All their manufacturing facilities are in little towns (cheap land) where there is not too much to do. Families pay the price (especially youngsters whom get pushed away by the lack of activities and other well paid jobs). They also need to invest some of the extra cash that Poses produced for the investors. During his tenure, no important new developments or products were introduced.

Advice to Senior Management

Start sharing your bonuses with lower level employees. Hourly workers are paid dirt cheap. Top managers make good bonuses and expect high performance levels from all employees, even those being paid well below market averages. Not an smart move!.
