    Pros

Exceptional salary and benefits package, including generous bonus and restricted share unit program, pension, and 401k match. Excellent paid time off and work/life balance. Good business outlook and growing company.

In Portland, very limited career growth opportunity

    Approves of CEO

    Pros

Pay, bonus, stock performance share units and days off are all at par or above those offered throughout the energy industry. Flex time allowing variable start and end of workday is a benefit. Tools provided in support of the job function are good.

    Cons

Difficult to understand at times the desires of management and the measures they will use to evaluate performance. Personnel cutbacks have resulted in higher workload than normal and "burnout" is a possibility. Standards between Canadian and US based employees are not the same i.e. employees in Canada receive 7 more days off that in the US for identical service.

    Advice to Management

Improve communication. Work on standardizing work environment between all employees at all locations.
