Pros

Company with good benefits and compensation, generally good work environment, and healthy work/life balance.

Cons

As restructuring began, environment was less than nice. Took over a perfectally run subsidiary company and pretty much dissolved it and divested of the employees - many 35-40 years.

Advice to Management

Worry less about location and more about performance of employees.

    Pros

Exceptional salary and benefits package, including generous bonus and restricted share unit program, pension, and 401k match. Excellent paid time off and work/life balance. Good business outlook and growing company.

    Cons

In Portland, very limited career growth opportunity

    Advice to Management

Focus less on processes. Middle management seems to be obsessed with adding new processes and beauracracy to internal business processes. Some managers in IS need to be
