Current Employee – been working at TransCore full-time

Pros – Excellent people and interesting business lines. Many long term employees. Good rapport with individuals across the country makes it pleasant to work at TransCore.

Cons – As with many companies, the processes and organization could be better defined. There seems to be a lack of consistency across some of the basic business administration sides, but it seems to be progressing to a more uniform approach. If you are looking for a military or government style with documented structure, TransCore is probably not for you. But if you are ambitious and a self-starter, you will like it.
