Pros – Home every night off on weekends. Typically close fill-in roles for other driving companies. Gain inside look at various freight transport companies in your local area before hiring on permanently.

Cons – Not a permanent company in and of itself. Though if you enjoy changing work style, driving routes it can reduce work boredom.
