    Approves of CEO

I have been working at TransUnion full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good life/work balance. Management is trying to make it a better place to work. Some very good people work there, friendly and knowledgeable.

    Cons

Politics can be high there sometimes. Some high level management seem to be there due to who they know (although some of that was let go). Some processes don't make sense, needs to eliminate some systems and try to get everything to follow the same rules.

A good team working hard in a company that is not built around our technical expertise

    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at TransUnion full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

All of the technical professionals I work with are excellent and hardworking, as is our immediate technical management. We have plenty of expertise in our current technologies, and there is a broad interest and energy in developing new technologies as needed to support our business and develop new business.

    Cons

Company is not set up for technical work, and keeps trying to force technical expert into a security model built for non-programmers.

    Advice to Management

Make better financial decisions for the company, and push more solutions supporting technical staff's efforts.
