Great company, provides solid experience - especially in Finance and Accounting

ProsThe company is results oriented and promotes from within. Open to ideas for change and improvement from individuals, allowing for creativity.

ConsWork-Life balance exists, but is not the strongest the Chicago area. Functions are in silos and teams are not cross-functional in nature.

Advice to Senior ManagementCreate cross-functional teams, to help each functions work together to drive business results. Encourage and create ways for associates to have work-life balance.

    Great individual people, horrible bureaucracy and culture.

    I have been working at TransUnion full-time for more than a year


    Pros: Decent pay and benefits. Some great people to work with. Cons: TransUnion is an organizational nightmare. Change is slow-to-come and isn't always good when it does.
