I have been working at TransUnion full-time for more than 3 years

Pros

Great company with significant potential to redefine the market

Cons

The new leadership is immature and insecure. They lack innovation, leadership and vision... It's pretty obvious why the other company let him go to a competitor.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Bring in a seasoned group of executives that are innovative and know how to motivate a team.

I have been working at TransUnion full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

High Salary. they pay quite well compared to the competition as well as banking industry
    Fast paced environment
Multi-national company with good brand recognition

    Cons

Incompetent management - True example of Peter principle
Bad work culture - Only a few employees (who are close to the management) get all the goodies.
Private Equity owned - Management is lying through their teeth to the corporate guys in chicago who are in the dark regarding the state-of-affairs in Mumbai office

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Learn how to respect employees rather than favoring only a very few that are close to you.

I have been working at TransUnion full-time

    Pros

    health benefits, people; commuter locaton

    Cons

Abysimal senior management. Mantra is: firms is doing great but we need more work from you - but no incentives. Senior management act like they know everything; their way or the highway; and run the groups so mean/lean without adding people then wonder why staff walks out.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Share the good times with incentives so there will be motivation. Change the sweat shop approach .
