I worked at Transaction Network Services full-time (less than a year)

Pros

TNS does take employee morale seriously. It is a good business model and has good long term stability,

Cons

The cons are the same as many other large companies. There are process in place for almost everything. it doesn't leave much room to think outside the box. For me the reason for leaving was an underestimation of the commuting time from Maryland.

I worked at Transaction Network Services full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Transaction Network Services is very interested in investing in new solutions. The company realizes that many of their existing offerings are very mature and face severe pricing pressures.

    Cons

As a result of pricing pressures, the company does not have much to invest. The acquisitions made seem to be random and opportunistic. People in higher positions are those that have been there the longest.
