Former Employee – worked at Travelers Companies
Pros – Good balance of work and home
Cons – Hard to stand out in a crowd of thousands of people when you want to advance. The only people seriously considered for advancement are those in the Leadership Development Program.
Advice to Senior Management – Do not overlook people who are not in the Leadership Development Program or you may be overlooking an opportunity.
