Current Employee – been working at Travelers Companies full-time for more than a year
Pros – Company shows flexibility in work schedules. Employees are held accountable. Solid company in the insurance arena. Open door policy for communication with management team.
Cons – Somewhat conservative. Could be better with commission compensation.
