    I have been working at Travelers Companies full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    This job was a great experience and it was the beginning of my professional life. I had a great boss, and movement within the company was fairly practical.

    Cons

    You must work heard to get ahead, sometimes you can end up in a department without much opportunity for advancement.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Promote women, diversity and gays within your organization (not that you don't)
