    - Nice friendly people. People are really nice.

    Cons

    - not exciting. Work was very routine, straight forward. Not challenging at all.
    - Hartford is a dying city. Got bored to death.

    Pros

Probably the best hours, benefits, discounts and pay for the actual amount of work that you do. Insurance is a relatively secure industry if you are a performer.

    Cons

The work is repetitive and a few months in you can do it with your eyes closed. Company does little to teach operations employees about coverage, which is a disadvantage for communications between underwriting and operations. Managers tell you that the work load is demanding (Read: "A lot of busy work").

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Develop talent and give them a reason to stay with Travelers. Visible paths for advancement would be nice.
