“Good place to work”
Former Employee – worked at Travelers Companies full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Good PTO bank, competative salaries, friendly work environment. Business Diversity Networks that sponser worthwhile events during the noon hour. Good company for work-life balance.
Cons – Hard to advance without moving to different departments. Behind the times when it comes to technology (still running on Windowas XP and Office 2003).
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
